What You Bring to Bevilles

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and engaging individual to join our team as Store Manager. Someone who thrives on challenges and is eager to make a real impact on building a high-performance sales team.

• Previous leadership experience in a high-traffic retail environment
• Ability to inspire, coach, and manage teams of 10 to 15 to meet individual and store targets
• Proven ability to deliver results in a performance-driven setting
• A strong track record in consistently achieving individual sales targets
• Strong financial and business acumen
• A passion for driving performance and cultivating a positive store culture
• A knack for creating a fun, motivating environment
