A truly unique and exciting opportunity awaits for a full-time Social Media Specialist to lead our organic social strategy and potentially support paid social initiatives. This role is key in strengthening our brand presence, growing our community, and ensuring our content aligns with business objectives. In addition to social media, you’ll play a supporting role in PR and event-related initiatives to maximize brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Create and manage an engaging content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments.
Oversee daily community management, engaging with our audience, responding to comments/messages, and fostering brand advocacy.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure Bevilles remains relevant and innovative.
Performance & Optimization
Conduct regular audits of social media channels to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Analyse and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.), using insights to refine content and strategy.
Implement A/B testing for content types, captions, and posting times to optimize performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, e-commerce, sales) to ensure content aligns with brand objectives.
Paid Social & Digital Media (Potential Responsibility)
Support the execution of paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment with organic content and business goals.
Work closely with media partners or agencies (if applicable) to maximize paid campaign effectiveness.
PR & Events Support
Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies, including influencer collaborations and media outreach.
Support event planning and activations, ensuring seamless integration with social media campaigns.
Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations to identify PR opportunities and manage reputation.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience managing organic social media for a brand, with a strong understanding of content strategy and analytics.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and optimize strategy accordingly.
Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand content.
Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or event planning is a plus.
A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for digital marketing and brand storytelling.
