Since 1934, Bevilles has been part of Australia’s retail story, evolving from a homewares store on Bourke Street, Melbourne, into a national jewellery brand with a growing digital presence and 37 stores across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Queensland.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to consistently exceed sales and service targets
• Drive KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver strong commercial outcomes
• Oversee day-to-day operations including stock, VM, and omni-channel execution
• Champion compliance, safety, and operational excellence
• Deliver a customer experience that builds loyalty and drives repeat business
• Act as a true brand ambassador, living and breathing the Bevilles vision

About You

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle retail
• Proven success leading teams in a KPI-driven, high-volume environment
• A confident, inspiring leader with a passion for coaching and development
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of omni-channel retail
