We’re looking for a commercially driven Store Manager to lead our Penrith store. 

In this key leadership role, you’ll coach and inspire your team to reach their full potential, driving performance, collaboration, and a culture of trust and excellence. 

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build loyalty 

• Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve results 

• Drive sales, P&L, and store KPIs 

• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards 

• Ensure compliance with policies, stock, safety, and legislation 

• Recruit, retain, and inspire top talent 

• Foster an inclusive, professional, and engaging store culture 

• Champion learning, development, and continuous improvement

About You 

• Experienced Retail Leader – 3–5 years managing teams in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle 

• Results-Driven – proven success hitting KPIs in fast-paced environments 

• Team Champion – motivates, coaches, and inspires people to perform at their best 

• Professional & Polished – confident communicator with strong presentation skills 
• Tech-Savvy – comfortable with omni-channel retail and digital tools
