As our Store Manager, you'll lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, developing talent and creating a positive, high-performing store culture.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, coaching and inspiring your team to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Creating memorable customer experiences that build loyalty and lifelong relationships.
• Driving store performance by delivering sales, productivity and profitability targets.
• Recruiting, developing and retaining an engaged, high-performing team.
• Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Managing day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock control, compliance and cash management.
• Championing a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone can thrive.

You'll be a passionate retail leader who enjoys developing people, achieving results and creating an environment where customers and team members love to be.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience leading a successful retail team.
• A proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Strong coaching and people leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial acumen and confidence managing store operations.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• An interest in jewellery, fashion or lifestyle retail is highly regarded.
