Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey with Bevilles? We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead one of our stores and create exceptional experiences for our customers and team.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and team engagement while creating a customer-first culture that reflects the Michael Hill Group Leadership Promise and our values.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing, engaged team.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service and selling excellence.
  • Drive store performance by achieving sales, productivity and financial KPIs, including EBIT targets.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and high-trust team culture where every team member can succeed.
  • Ensure operational excellence across stock management, merchandising, compliance, cash handling, store presentation and audit standards.
  • Champion learning and development by coaching your team and supporting career growth.
  • Lead workplace health, safety and security standards to create a safe environment for customers and team members.

What you'll bring

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • 3–5 years' experience in retail sales and/or customer service.
  • A strong track record of achieving sales and KPI results.
  • Financial and commercial awareness, including understanding key business metrics.
  • Confidence using technology and adapting to new systems and processes.
  • A passion for premium jewellery, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.

Role requirements

  • Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including weekends and extended trading hours.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Ability to travel as required to other stores, Support Office and conferences.
  • Willingness to relocate within the business is desirable.
