With 37 stores nationwide and a bold growth strategy, we’re looking for a data-driven and proactive CRM & Loyalty Coordinator to manage direct marketing campaigns, optimise customer lifecycle journeys, and support our loyalty program across Bevilles’ national footprint.

What You’ll Do:
- Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and inbound channels
- Lead campaign briefing, performance tracking, and reporting
- Optimise engagement through A/B testing and audience segmentation
- Support loyalty program operations and internal team education
- Analyse data to reduce churn and increase customer value
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years in CRM, retention, or direct marketing roles
- Experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Retail marketing experience and omni-channel understanding
- Technical knowledge of campaign automation and loyalty tools
