What you’ll do:

• Own and evolve the Bevilles brand identity across all channels
• Lead creative strategy and oversee campaign development and execution
• Manage a team of creatives and external agencies to deliver high-impact work
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Retail, Product, and People & Culture
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, packaging, and internal comms
• Translate insights into creative that drives emotional connection and commercial value

What you’ll bring:

• 4–5+ years’ experience in brand or creative leadership
• Proven ability to build brands and execute campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and content production
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a love for brand marketing
