What You’ll Be Doing
- Create an exceptional store environment that delivers elevated customer experiences
- Own the store’s financial performance – drive KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver EBIT results
- Lead daily operations including stock, visual merchandising, omni-channel sales, and security
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve personal and team goals
- Ensure compliance with policies, WHS, and company procedures
- Act as a true brand ambassador, upholding our values
- Build a customer-first culture that fosters loyalty and sales excellence
About you
- 3–5 years of retail management or leadership experience (jewellery, fashion or lifestyle brand preferred)
- Proven ability to drive results in a KPI-driven retail environment
- A natural leader who thrives on coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams
- Professional presentation and a polished communication style
- Tech-savvy and open to embracing omni-channel retail strategies
