What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create an exceptional store environment that delivers elevated customer experiences
  • Own the store’s financial performance – drive KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver EBIT results
  • Lead daily operations including stock, visual merchandising, omni-channel sales, and security
  • Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve personal and team goals
  • Ensure compliance with policies, WHS, and company procedures
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, upholding our values 
  • Build a customer-first culture that fosters loyalty and sales excellence

About you

  • 3–5 years of retail management or leadership experience (jewellery, fashion or lifestyle brand preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive results in a KPI-driven retail environment
  • A natural leader who thrives on coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams
  • Professional presentation and a polished communication style
  • Tech-savvy and open to embracing omni-channel retail strategies
