What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating an exceptional store environment that delivers elevated customer experiences
  • Owning the store’s financial performance by driving KPIs, managing budgets, and delivering EBIT results
  • Leading daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, omni-channel sales, and security
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating your team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, WHS, and company procedures
  • Acting as a true brand ambassador, upholding Bevilles’ values
  • Building a customer-first culture that fosters loyalty and sales excellence

About You

  • 3–5 years of retail management or leadership experience (jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brand preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving results in a KPI-focused retail environment
  • A natural leader passionate about coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams
  • Professional presentation and polished communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with an openness to omni-channel retail strategies
