Bevilles is on a mission to become Australia’s ultimate destination for value jewellery — and we’re looking for a dedicated Retail Assistant to help keep our Northland store running seamlessly behind the scenes. 

This is not a sales-driven role. There are no sales targets and no weekend work required. Instead, you’ll be the operational backbone of the store — the person who keeps everything organised, efficient, and running smoothly each day.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Maintaining a beautifully presented, clean, and well-merchandised store 
• Managing stock flow, inventory accuracy, repairs, lay-bys, and promotions 
• Supporting point-of-sale processes and store administration 
• Fulfilling Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect & Ship from Store) 
• Acting as the “glue” of the store — supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations 

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills 
• A proactive, hands-on approach 
• Pride in maintaining high standards 
• A collaborative and supportive team mindset 
• Previous retail or administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
