We're looking for a passionate and driven leader to take the next step in their career as a Regional Manager in Queensland and help lead us on this exciting path forward. 

With 7 Stores across Queensland, supported by a strong network of experienced Store Managers, you'll be pivotal in driving our strategy. 

You'll combine strong leadership with commercial acumen, coaching teams to succeed while identifying opportunities to improve performance. Through data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the business, you'll help shape strategy, accelerate growth and deliver sustainable results across the region

What we're looking for: 

• Proven leadership capability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. 
• Leadership experience with a proven ability to drive performance through people. 
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing geographically dispersed teams. 
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing business metrics and reporting. 
• A successful track record of improving performance through training and development. 
• The ability to identify and grow talent while building succession capability across your region. 
• Demonstrated success in team engagement, relationship-building and influencing outcomes. 
• Current Australian driver's licence and the ability to travel domestically as required.
