We're looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to bring our retail, brand, social, PR and performance marketing activities together into one customer-focused strategy. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a talented team while remaining actively involved in campaign strategy, execution and optimisation across multiple channels. You'll play a key role in shaping the Bevilles brand, driving customer engagement and delivering measurable commercial results.

About the Role

As our Integrated Marketing Manager, you will:

• Develop and lead integrated marketing plans that connect brand, retail, social, PR and performance marketing into one cohesive strategy
• Lead the delivery of multi-channel campaigns from concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis
• Champion brand consistency, ensuring all campaigns and content align with Bevilles' voice and visual identity
• Partner closely with Creative, eCommerce, CRM, Retail Operations and external agencies to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Manage campaign budgets, performance reporting and marketing investment to drive strong commercial outcomes
• Lead, coach and develop a team of three marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

About You

You are a strategic thinker who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in execution. You bring a balance of creativity, commercial thinking and leadership capability.

You'll ideally have:

• 5–7+ years' experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing or campaign management
• Proven experience leading integrated campaigns across retail, social, PR, performance and/or CRM channels
• Hands-on experience in at least two key areas such as retail marketing, social & PR, or performance marketing
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline
• Retail or consumer brand experience (highly regarded)
