More about the buying role:
Assist the Buying team in all areas of product selection, range development and all aspects of administration.
Daily communication with our retail stores, distribution centre and other internal stakeholders
Working collaboratively with the Merchandise team and suppliers.
Communicate information effectively to multiple areas of the business
Product administration – creating skus, raising sample po’s, ensuring product data is correct
Purchase order management
More about the planning role:
Reporting for trade meetings, suppliers and business stakeholders.
Administration in various company systems
Checking weekly allocations
OTB updates and communication
Close collaboration with the buyers on ranging / forecasting / reporting
Building systems / processes and templates.
New store planning.
More about you:
Enthusiastic about retail and strong administration experience
Confidence will all Microsoft apps
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through with processes
Strong communication skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work proactively in a team environment with a flexible, positive attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve
Passion for a career in retail buying or planning.
