What You’ll Be Doing:

Create and execute an email/sms editorial plan to support our campaigns throughout the year.

Assist in campaign setup and execution – you’ll be hands-on with creative team, lifecycle, loyalty, and service communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring personalization to life, adding those special touches that make our CRM shine.

Help optimize CRM journeys and automated programs, supporting the creation of seamless customer experiences.

Analyse campaign results and identify ways to make our programs even better.
What You Bring:
- Good experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing and an understanding of customer journeys.
- A knack for balancing multiple projects while keeping a sharp eye for detail.
- Data analysis skills and a curiosity to learn more about what makes customers tick.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork – you thrive in a collaborative setting!
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key.
