About the Role

As a Manager in Training, you’ll work alongside your Store Manager to coach and lead a sales team while delivering exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll be hands-on in day-to-day operations, driving KPIs, and helping create a vibrant, high-performing team culture.

This is your launchpad to a career in retail leadership — combining structured learning, real-time coaching, and opportunities to step into leadership when the Store Manager is away.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product expertise
  • Achieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals
  • Championing our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Contributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for your team and customers
  • Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation

What We’re Looking For

You're passionate about people, performance, and jewellery. You lead from the front, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and know how to inspire a team.

  • 1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience
  • Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity
  • A love of coaching others to succeed
  • A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections
  • Ability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends and late trade
  • A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride
